Reservation Policies
- Check-In: after
3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: before 11:00
a.m.
- Changes or cancellations on reservations must be made
at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date in order to receive refund of
deposit. Cancellation fee of $5.00 will apply.
- Once checked-in, 48 hours notice required for early
departure
- Each additional adult $5.00 per day.
- Rollaway $10.00 per night, (with extra person $15.00 per night).
- Children 11 and under stay free in parents room.
- Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed
reservations.
- Hotel policies and services are subject
to change without prior
notice.
- Rates are higher for weekends, holidays & special events.
- Three night minimum reservation required on Memorial Day, 4th of July
and Labor Day weekends.
- No one night Saturday reservation accepted
during high season.
- One parking space per unit.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Motel policy requires payment in advance upon arrival for your entire
stay.
- No personal checks will be accepted upon arrival.
- Deposit equal to first days rate is required to guarantee reservations.
Must be received prior to arrival.
- No reservations accepted from unchaperoned
single boys or girls, or groups of either.
- Management will not tolerate parties,
loudness or rowdiness that may disturb other motel guests.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any
reservation.
